We are an organization specialized in premium customer experience solutions for A brands in the GCC.

We have 800 + staff over the last 6 years working in different industries, retail, telecom, finance, airline and National contact centers.

Currently we have a request from our client to hire German speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR).  I would appreciate applicants send their CVs.

The requirements for the job are as follows:
Job Type: Full Time / Shift Basis
Position: Customer Service Representative
Start Date: ASAP

Job Requirements:
– Excellent command of spoken (German & English) –
– Minimum of Secondary School Certificate
– Ability to build rapport with people
– Good Computer Knowledge
– Good conversational skills to hold the attention of customers on the phone.
