JOB DESCRIPTION: German INSTRUCTORS<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

These are the qualifications\/Related Experience needed in Berlitz:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Educated native proficiency in the language they teach.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Excellent communication\/ interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– 1-2 years teaching experience desired.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– To be able to teach any time between 8:00am and 8:45pm and not less than 21 hours per week.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– A tax free monthly salary of BD 500 (1,246 EUR)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Accommodation<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Transportation allowance of BD 75 (187 EUR)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Incoming air ticket (reimbursed after 3 month probation period)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Outgoing air ticket after completion of a year contract not including the 3 month probation period.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– 30 days paid vacation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Other benefits paid after completion of 12 month contract not including the 3 month probation period.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All hired Instructors must do the Berlitz Initial training in the center. Their acceptance is subject to passing the final demo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Instructors after this point must show:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Successful completion of the core modules of the Berlitz Instructor Training.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-A performance Evaluation rating \u201c Good\u201d or better.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All resources to achieve an excellent customers\u2019 provision will be supplied by LCD (Learning Center).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
